As followers of our blog will be aware our director Jeremy Ramsden takes his running and overall fitness very seriously, and with 9 marathons under his belt already he is on a mission to make his 10th a PB. In September he will fly out to Germany to take on the Berlin marathon and, in the run up to the race he will be working with Carolyn Fisher of Fitnessentials, a Sutton Business Club member in a mission to lose weight, lean up and improve his overall base fitness ready to build in the structured marathon plan.

Taking Jeremy out of his comfort zone and re-evaluating his way of training and eating isn’t going to be an easy task but is one that Carolyn has taken on and both are determined in achieving this goal.

Carolyn and Jeremy have put an article together which is featured on the Fitnessentials website following their first session together, to have a read and follow their progress check out the blog.

To learn more about Carolyn and what she can offer you in terms of personal training and her bootcamps then please have a look at her website.

Watch this space for the next instalment – due next month!
